उत्तर प्रदेश के मुफ्फरनगर में मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाला मामला सामने आया है. यहां एक शख्स ने अपनी गर्भवती बहू का रेप किया. महिला ने जब ये बात अपनी पति को बताई तो पति ने अपनी पत्नी से कहा कि आज से तुम मेरी अब्बू की पत्नी और मेरी अम्मी हो.

ये सुनकर महिला के पैर से जमीन खिसक गई. पति के मुंह से ये सब कुछ सुनने के बाद पीड़िता ने अपने पति और ससुर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है.

ये पूरा मामला मुजफ्फरनगर के मीरापुर क्षेत्र के एक गांव का है. करीब एक साल पहले ककरौली थानाक्षेत्र के एक गांव की युवती का विवाह मीरापुर क्षेत्र के गांव के एक व्यक्ति के साथ हुआ था. निकाह के कुछ महीने बाद ही महिला गर्भवती हो गई. पीड़िता का आरोप है कि उसका ससुर शुरू से ही उस पर बुरी नीयत रखता था. करीब दो महीने पहले पांच जुलाई को विवाहिता का पति उसकी सास को दवाई दिलाने के लिए बाहर गया हुआ था.

‘अब तुम मेरी अम्मी हो’

इस दौरान वो घर पर अकेली थी. मौके का फायदा उठाकर उसके ससुर ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया और किसी को भी इस घटना के बारे में बताने पर उसकी हत्या करने की धमकी दी. लेकिन पीड़िता ने हिम्मत करके पति को उसके पिता की घिनौनी करतूत के बारे में बता दिया. इसके बाद पति का जवाब सुनकर पीड़िता हैरत में पड़ गई. पति ने कहा कि पिता द्वारा शारीरिक संबंध बनाए जाने के बाद अब उसके लिए उसे पत्नी के रूप में रखना संभव नहीं है. इसलिए आज से तुम मेरी पत्नी नही बल्कि अब्बू की पत्नी हो.

पति ने की मारपीट

पति का जवाब सुनकर पीड़िता ने जब इसका विरोध किया तो आरोप है कि पति ने उसके साथ मारपीट करते हुए उसे घर से निकाल दिया. जिसके बाद पीड़िता ने जुल्म के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने का फैसला किया. उसने अपने परिजनों के साथ मिलकर पुलिस से इस मामले की शिकायत की. लेकिन दो महीने तक उसे न्याय के लिए भटकना पड़ा. अब घटना के करीब दो माह बाद उच्चाधिकारियों से शिकायत के बाद 7 सितंबर को पुलिस ने पीड़िता के ससुर व पति के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है. लेकिन पुलिस आरोपी पति व ससुर को अभी भी गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकी है.

पुलिस ने किया जल्द गिरफ्तारी का दावा

इस मामले पर मीरापुर इंस्पेक्टर रवेन्द्र सिंह यादव ने बताया कि महिला गर्भवती है और मुकदमा दर्ज किए जाने के बाद पीड़िता के 161 और 164 के बयान दर्ज कराए जा चुके हैं. आरोपियों की तलाश में दबिश दी जा रही है, जो कि गांव से फरार है. जल्द ही दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा. वहीं इस मामले पर सीओ जानसठ शकील अहमद का कहना है कि पीड़िता की तहरीर के आधार पर पति व ससुर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है. मामले में जांच और कार्रवाई चल रही है.
